Condo We are pleased to bring you into a beautiful well equipped, trendy and stylish condo, situated right on the powder sands of the Emerald Coast. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 1 Bunk Bed in the Hall Can you ask for anything more perfect for a family of four? Kitchen, Bath and Laundry TooEquipped with you-the vacationer, in mind. There is no need to stop at the store or pack essentials for the kitchen, bathroom or to use the washer and dryer. Our staff will supply you with papertowels, toilet paper, mini shampoo & mini conditioner, soaps to wash, and laundry detergent for your towels and clothes.But why stop at essentials?Located in the master closet, you will find beach chairs for two and a nice big shady umbrella to keep you from getting too much sun. If you need lounger chairs instead of upright beach chairs, then you may rent those directly on the beach.Perhaps you like biking, grilling out and exploring the lakes and ocean in your own kayak? Just for our guests of Unit #2, after a deposit is paid, you can take part in 15% off rentals of bikes and kayaks. Please ask us for more info. There is an outside grill, a bike rack for your rentals (or bring your own bikes and lock them up) and storage for outside water toys underneath the main stairways. Wedding and Reception Your condo awaits.. and it could not be in a better location for relaxation, THE BEACH and oh so close to Seaside's Tourism. Sun-drenched and seeking nightlife?You are literally three-four minutes, by car, away from the center of Seaside and all it has to offer you. Seaside is widely known from the movie "The Truman Show", starring Jim Carrey. It is a beach community known for small boutique shops, artsy flair and architecture, fine to casual dining, events throughout the year and sweet shops. Rosemary Beach Situated to the East of your vacation condo, off on 30A, is another beach community worth mentioning, "Rosemary Beach". This smaller beach community is known for its Restaurant Paradis, bringing its guests an ecclectic atmosphere and alittle pricey, but well worth a quiet dinner for 2. Alys Beach Headed East again on 30A you'll come to the infamous Alys Beach. With its Mediterrean style homes, you'll think you're in Greece. Common FAQ

1. What is required to confirm my reservation? We request 30% down to confirm, a signed agreement must be returned before check in, a credit card must be on file, and a small voidable/returnable security check. 2. What is included in your condo? If included, you are asking for extras? At certain times of the year we will do alittle extra for our guests, for example a nice dinner out certificate, a small gift, etc. At present, the extras are 15% off in kayak and bike rentals (subject to change) and our condo provides two beach chairs and an umbrella. You may also rent lounger chairs right on the beach. 3. Where is the condo located? Is it inside Seaside Proper? Our condo is located right on the beach (see gallery pics), but not inside Seaside. Though Seaside is a beautiful community, we decided to buy a little piece of heaven on the beach in quieter area-Seagrove Beach. 4. Is there a pool? At present, no there is not a pool to use, but hey, you have the coastal lakes and the BEACH! 5. Do you have essentials for the kitchen? Yes, the condo comes fully equipped for you to cook meals, clean up afterwards, and head out to enjoy your day. 6. What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is 4pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is 10am. We can accommodate other times if you ask us. 7. Is there a grill outside? Yes. There is a grill outside in front of the building. 8. I want to bring my bikes. Is there a rack? Yes, but the security is on you. You need to bring your own locks. 9. Can you supply me with ideas for activities? Yes, absolutely!! Just ask! 10.
